How it works
How Amazon operations automation works: audit, build, run.
This is how Amazon operations automation works at VSENK, from the booking form to automations running every day. A $1,500 Ops Leak Audit measures the leaks on read-only access. An Autopilot Build puts three automations into production in 3–4 weeks. Managed Ops keeps them running, with an analyst on every exception. Anything that spends money or changes a listing waits for your approval.

How does VSENK work?
VSENK works in three paid steps after a short fit call. An Ops Leak Audit measures what the work between your systems costs. An Autopilot Build puts three automations into production. Managed Ops runs them every week, with analysts on the exceptions. Each step stands on its own, and anything that spends money or changes a listing waits for your approval.
Amazon operations automation, as we use the term, is the routine work between Amazon and the systems around it: your other sales channels, your warehouse or 3PL, your suppliers and QuickBooks or Xero. It runs on official APIs, logs every action and hands judgment calls to a person.

Ops Leak Audit
VSENKAfter a kickoff call, we map the work between Amazon, your other channels, your warehouse or 3PL, your suppliers and your books. Each leak is priced in hours and dollars, a daily profit and stock alert goes live, and the roadmap is ranked by payback, effort and risk.

Autopilot Build
VSENKThree automations from your roadmap go into production on official APIs, on top of the tools you already use. Approvals and the human in the loop
Automations do the routine work. People make the calls.
Every module has at least one step where a person checks or decides. These are the defaults: you can make any rule stricter, and we do not make money or listing rules looser.
-
The automation
Runs on its own
- Reads stock, orders, settlements and buyer messages on a schedule or a trigger
- Drafts purchase orders, journal entries, evidence packets and buyer replies
- Routes FBM orders and buys labels within your shipping rules
- Chases suppliers for confirmations, ETAs and documents
- Logs every action under a named agent
-
An analyst
Works the exceptions
- Bad addresses, stock conflicts and late FBM orders
- New fee types and settlement variances, before anything posts
- Reviews and files every reimbursement case
- Sends buyer replies, or passes them to you
- Brings money, listing and brand calls to you, with a recommendation
Under Managed Ops, this is a VSENK analyst working from your monthly analyst hours.
-
You
Decide on money and listings
- Approve every purchase order before it reaches the supplier
- Approve any change to a listing, price or inventory setting
- Approve refunds and replacements, or your CS lead does
- OK journal entries with a new fee type or variance, after analyst review
- Decide on price or term changes and new suppliers
Approvals arrive in Slack or email, with the context to decide in one click.

Access and safety
Access grows one step at a time. You can cut it off at any time.
We connect only through Amazon's SP-API and Ads API and each platform's own API. No scraping, no browser automation of Seller Central and no shared logins.
- 01
Before the audit
No access
We sign an NDA before we see any data. The scope document lists every system and permission before you grant any of them.
- 02
Audit
Read-only
Read-only authorization through official APIs, or exports and a viewer login for your warehouse or 3PL. Nothing we do can change an order, a listing or your books.
- 03
Build
Write, per workflow
Write access is added one action at a time, only where a workflow needs it, such as an FBM tracking upload or a draft journal entry.
- 04
Run
Scoped and logged
Each workflow keeps only the permissions it needs. Every action is logged under a named agent, and every workflow has its own stop switch.
Stop and revoke
- Each workflow has its own switch, and one master switch stops everything.
- A stopped workflow holds its pending drafts and does nothing until you turn it back on.
- Anything unusual goes to an analyst instead of being acted on.
- You can revoke any permission from your own accounts at any time, without asking us.
We never ask for
- Your Seller Central password or a shared login
- Write access of any kind during the audit
- Browser access to Seller Central, scraping or bots
- Payment details for your marketplace accounts

FAQ
How it works: questions
Still unsure? The audit call is the place to ask. Book an Ops Leak Audit
How long does it take from first call to automations running?
The Ops Leak Audit takes 10 business days. If you go ahead, the Autopilot Build puts three automations into production in 3–4 weeks, followed by 2 weeks of hypercare.
Do we have to do all three steps?
No. Each step stands on its own. If you stop after the audit, you keep the workflow map, the leak report, the roadmap and the daily alert. After a build, Managed Ops can run the automations for you, or your team can run them with the runbook we hand over.
What runs without a person?
The routine work: reading stock and sales, drafting purchase orders, routing FBM orders and buying labels within your shipping rules, mapping settlement lines, assembling reimbursement evidence, drafting buyer replies and chasing suppliers. Every action is written to a run log.
What always waits for a person?
Anything that spends money or changes a listing: purchase orders, refunds and replacements, listing, price and inventory changes, and journal entries with new fee types or variances. A person files every reimbursement case and sends every buyer reply.
What access do you need, and when?
Read-only access through official APIs for the audit. During a build, write access is added only where a workflow needs it, and every permission is listed in your scope document before you grant it. We never ask for your Seller Central password, and you can revoke access at any time.
How do we know what the automations are doing?
Approval requests arrive in Slack or email, and every action is logged under a named agent. With Managed Ops you also get the exceptions queue, a weekly ops report with the analyst hours used, and a monthly review call.
What does it cost?
The Ops Leak Audit is $1,500, credited in full to your build. The Autopilot Build starts at $6,000, and most builds land between $4,500 and $9,000, fixed in writing before you sign. Managed Ops is $2,000 a month for Core or $3,500 for Plus, with a 3-month minimum. Prices are in US dollars.
