Autopilot Build · Step 2 of 3
The Autopilot Build puts three Amazon seller workflow automations into production in 3–4 weeks. We build on official APIs, on top of the tools you already use, with an approval step wherever money is spent or a listing changes. From $6,000, fixed in writing before you sign.

Definition
An Autopilot Build is a fixed-scope project that puts three automations into production between Amazon and the systems around it: your other sales channels, your warehouse or 3PL, your suppliers and your accounting. Each one runs on official APIs, logs every action and stops for a human wherever money or listings are involved.
It starts after an Ops Leak Audit, which picks the three automations and fixes the price. The $1,500 audit fee is credited to the build.
Choose your three
Every build ships three of the six modules. Pick the ones that sound like your week and we will check them against your data in the audit. Not sure? The audit ranks them for you.
What a build includes
Five things ship with every build. The figures in the panels below are sample data.

Week by week
Nothing goes live until you approve it, and everything runs alongside your current process first.
Typical plan. Your scope document sets the actual dates.
We turn the three roadmap items into written specs: triggers, rules, approval points and what a good result looks like. You add write access only where a workflow needs it.
OutputSigned specs, access list
Automations one and two are built on official APIs and run against your real data, with every write held for review.
OutputTwo automations in test
Automation three is built. All three run side by side with your current process so we can compare results line by line.
OutputTest results vs your process
You approve the switch. Approvals start arriving in Slack or email, and the runbook is handed over.

Two weeks of close watching: daily checks, fast fixes and tuning of rules and thresholds. Then we measure the after numbers.

Approvals
These are the defaults. You can make any rule stricter. We do not make money or listing rules looser.
| Action | Default rule | Who | Where |
|---|---|---|---|
| Send a purchase order to a supplier | Waits for you | You | Slack or email, one click |
| Change a listing, price or inventory setting | Waits for you | You | Slack or email |
| Issue a refund or replacement | Waits for you | You or your CS lead | Helpdesk or Slack |
| Post a journal entry with a new fee type or variance | Analyst review, then you | Analyst + you | QuickBooks or Xero draft |
| File a reimbursement case | A person files | Analyst | Seller Central, by a person |
| Send a buyer reply | A person sends | You or analyst | Buyer messages or helpdesk |
| Buy a label within your shipping rules | Automatic, logged | None needed | Run log |
| Post a settlement draft with zero variances | Automatic draft, logged | None needed | Run log |
What sets the price
The audit maps your systems first, so the build price is fixed in writing before you sign. Four things move it within the range.
A module that reads Amazon only is simpler than one that also writes to Shopify, Walmart and a 3PL portal.
SKU mapping across channels, a tidy chart of accounts and consistent supplier records keep the build at the low end.
Bundles, multi-warehouse FBM, Canadian marketplaces and unusual fee types add rules and tests.
One approver in Slack is simple. Several approvers with spend limits take more setup.

Still unsure? The audit call is the place to ask. Book an Ops Leak Audit
Any three of the six modules: multichannel replenishment with PO drafts, FBM order routing, settlement reconciliation with a daily P&L, reimbursement case prep, ticket triage with reply drafts, and supplier follow-up. The audit recommends which three pay back first.
Mostly on how many systems and channels each module touches and how clean your data is, for example SKU mapping across channels or your chart of accounts. Typical builds land between $4,500 and $9,000. The price is fixed in writing before you sign.
No. We work on top of the tools you already pay for, such as ShipStation, QuickBooks or your 3PL portal, and connect them through their official APIs.
Anything that spends money or changes a listing: purchase orders, refunds and replacements, listing edits and journal entries with new fee types or variances. Approvals arrive in Slack or email with the context to decide in one click.
You own your data and the workflow configuration built for you. Automations run on infrastructure we manage unless you ask for them to run in your own accounts.
Most clients move to Managed Ops, where we monitor the automations, handle exceptions and add one new automation a month. You can also run them yourself with the runbook we hand over.
The audit picks your three automations, measures the baseline and fixes the build price. $1,500, credited in full when you build.
