Automations · 6 modules
Amazon seller automation for the work between your systems.
Amazon and Shopify automate inside their own walls. These six Amazon seller automation modules handle the work between Amazon and everything around it: your other channels, your warehouse or 3PL, your suppliers and QuickBooks or Xero. Each one runs on official APIs, logs every action and hands the judgment calls to a person.

Definition
What is an automation module?
An automation module is one workflow that VSENK installs and runs between Amazon and another system. It runs on a schedule or a trigger, works through official APIs, writes every action to a run log and stops for a person at a set step. Each of the six connects at least two systems.
The Ops Leak Audit ranks which modules pay back first for your business. The Autopilot Build installs three of them, and Managed Ops runs them.

How they connect
Which systems each module connects.
Five of the six modules work with Amazon data. Every one of them also reaches a system Amazon does not: your other channels, your warehouse or 3PL, your suppliers, your books or your inbox.

- Every action is written to a run log you can read.
- One switch stops every workflow.

Which automations does VSENK build?
Six modules: inventory replenishment, FBM order routing, settlement reconciliation, reimbursement case prep, ticket triage and supplier follow-up. Each one runs the routine work on its own and hands the judgment calls to a person.
How many modules come in a build?
Three. An Autopilot Build puts three modules into production in 3–4 weeks, from $6,000. Extra modules are added under Managed Ops, one a month.
Do I have to choose the modules myself?
No. The $1,500 Ops Leak Audit ranks every automation by payback, effort and risk, and scopes the top three with a fixed price. If you already have modules in mind, you can tick them when you book.
Do the modules need my Seller Central password?
No. They connect through Amazon's SP-API and Ads API with permissions you grant and can revoke at any time. We never log in to Seller Central through a browser.
What happens when an automation hits something unusual?
It hands it to a person. Anything unusual goes to an analyst instead of being acted on, and anything that spends money or changes a listing waits for your approval. One switch stops every workflow.
Let the audit pick your three.
In 10 business days the Ops Leak Audit maps your systems, prices each leak in hours and dollars and ranks all six modules for your business. $1,500, credited to your build.
