AI operations team for Amazon-led brands · US & Canada

Amazon and Shopify automate inside their own walls. We automate the work between them.

VSENK is the AI operations team for Amazon-led brands doing $1M–$20M a year. We install and run Amazon operations automation across Seller Central, Shopify or Walmart, your warehouse or 3PL, your suppliers and QuickBooks or Xero. A human analyst checks every exception.

The leak

Your operations run on spreadsheets and copy-paste.

At $1M–$20M a year, the work between systems grows faster than the team. It rarely breaks loudly. It leaks: hours every week, and fees you only see on the next statement.

Replenishment lives in a spreadsheet

Someone exports FBA inventory, checks the warehouse sheet and guesses a reorder date. One stale tab means a stockout or a pallet of slow stock.

Settlements are reconciled by hand

Every settlement report is downloaded, mapped and pasted into QuickBooks or Xero. The P&L arrives two weeks late and nobody fully trusts it.

VAs copy-paste between systems

FBM orders into the 3PL portal, tracking back into Seller Central, supplier ETAs into the sheet. Paid by the hour, wrong by the row.

Stockouts and aged-inventory fees

Lost sales days on one SKU, aged-inventory surcharges on another. Both show up early in the data, if someone watches it every day.

Where platform AI stops

Platform AI works inside its own walls. Your business runs between five systems.

Amazon's agentic Seller Assistant flags slow inventory, plans FBA/AWD splits and fixes compliance issues with your approval. Shopify Sidekick builds Flow automations and admin apps from a prompt. Neither reaches your supplier, your 3PL, your accounting or your other marketplace. That gap is where we work.

Managed Ops Core · $2,000/mo

One or two channels and a manageable SKU count: 40 analyst hours a month should cover the exceptions.

Your estimated leak is 1.4× the plan fee. The audit measures how much of it automation can remove.

Formulas
hours/month = 25 h × 4.33 = 108 h
manual work = 108 h × $15 = $1,624
leak        = $1,624 + $1,200 = $2,824 /mo
share       = $2,824 ÷ $250,000 = 1.1% of revenue

Security and human-in-the-loop

Official APIs, least privilege and a person on every exception.

The first question an operator asks an outside team is what it can touch. Here is the short answer. The long one is on the security and data page.

Official APIs only

We connect through Amazon SP-API and Ads API and each platform's own API. No scraping and no browser automation of Seller Central.

Agents identify themselves and stop on request

Every workflow announces itself as an agent and has a stop switch, in line with Amazon's agent policy in force since 4 March 2026.

3 workflows running

Try it: one switch pauses every automation. Nothing resumes until you turn it back on.

Read-only to start

The audit runs on read-only access. Write access is added one workflow at a time, only where the build needs it.

You approve money and listings

Anything that spends money or changes a listing waits for your approval, and every action is logged.

NDA and a written data policy

Signed before we see any data. You can revoke our access at any time from your own accounts.

Who it's for

Built for one kind of business.

A good fit

  • Amazon-led brands doing $1M–$20M a year
  • Selling on Amazon US or Canada through FBA and FBM
  • Also on Shopify or Walmart, or shipping from your own warehouse or a 3PL
  • 3–25 staff or VAs, and no in-house engineer
  • A founder or ops lead who can approve changes

Not a fit

  • Solo or new sellers. A $19–$99/month tool will serve you better.
  • Aggregators and portfolio buyers.
  • Brands looking only for PPC, listing copy or repricing. We don't sell those on their own.
  • Etsy-, eBay- or Walmart-only sellers. We connect those channels for Amazon-led brands.
  • Anyone who wants Seller Central scraped or driven through a browser.

FAQ

Questions operators ask us

Still unsure? The audit call is the place to ask. Book an Ops Leak Audit

What does VSENK automate?

The routine work between Amazon, your other sales channels, your warehouse or 3PL, your suppliers and your books: replenishment and PO drafts, FBM order routing, settlement reconciliation, reimbursement case prep, ticket triage and supplier follow-up. A human analyst handles every exception.

How is this different from Amazon Seller Assistant or Shopify Sidekick?

Those tools work inside their own platform. We connect the systems they don't reach and use their output as an input. We don't rebuild what Amazon or Shopify already does well.

Do you need my Seller Central password?

No. We connect through Amazon's SP-API and Ads API with permissions you grant and can revoke at any time. We never log in to Seller Central through a browser.

What does the $1,500 Ops Leak Audit include?

Ten business days with read-only access, two calls with you or your ops lead, a workflow map, a leak report in hours and dollars, a ranked automation roadmap and one quick win live. The fee is credited to your build if you go ahead.

Who checks the automations?

A VSENK analyst reviews every exception the automations raise. Anything that spends money or changes a listing waits for your approval.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Managed Ops has a 3-month minimum. The audit and the build are fixed-price, one-time projects.

Where is your team?

Our delivery team works from Dhaka, Bangladesh. Calls run in US business hours, and we sign an NDA before we see any data.

Do you work with Walmart, eBay or Etsy?

Yes, as integrations for Amazon-led brands. Our operating experience is Amazon FBA/FBM and fulfillment, so that is the only place we claim expertise.

Find the leaks first. Then decide.

In 10 business days you get a workflow map, a leak report in hours and dollars, a ranked roadmap and one automation live. $1,500, credited to your build.
